Because of Sarah’s experience and education, she is able to tailor training to work with your body. I love how I feel after a workout and how much stronger my body is now versus when I was younger. " I started PT sessions with Sarah as I was having a lot of problems with my lower back and shoulder and this was limiting what exercise I was able to do.
