16km of tough obstacles and racing in sand
Name of Event: Spartan Super
Location: Mesquite, Nevada
Results: We ran the entire race in a quicker time we set
What It Involved: 16km/10miles, lots of obstacles
Summary: One of my favorite races I’ve ever ran. This was a great challenge of tough obstacles and nearly the entire race was ran in sand. We trained for four months for this race, and the training paid off. My two close friends and I pushed the pace and our fitness paid off.
3 Times I raced this bringing groups along for the muddy experience
Name of Event: Hell and Back Race
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Results: I completed this extremely difficult race on 3 different occasions with new groups of friends/clients
What It Involved: 12km/7.5miles, lots of obstacles
Summary: The name says it all, we went to Hell and Back to get through this race. We literally were stuck in the mud at many different points. Between, the pellet gun obstacle, the electric wires, full depth mud pits, super steep mountain climbs, high walls etc, this race has every challenge to test you. It was highly rewarding being to experience this challenge and bringing along other top athletes along.
I came 12th out of 1600 females taking part in the total warrior race
Name of Event: Total Warrior 12km Race
Location: The Lake District, England
Results: 12th place out of 1600 females
What It Involved: 12km/7.5miles, lots of obstacles
Summary: This is one of my absolute favorite races I ever ran. Our group of 6 trained together 3 days a week for months in preparation. We all set our sights high for a top result and did so. This was one of the nicest races I have ever done, the scenery was great, the obstacles were challenging and the training leading up to this was super tough, but we got through it together.

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Results: Getting clients and friends to join together and combine fitness with fun
What It Involved: 10km/6.2miles
Summary: Instead of meeting with friends, family, clients etc for food or drinks. I always aim to bring people together in fitness. You get to meet new people, be fitter and have a great sense of accomplishment while doing so. Here are just a few fun examples of running races that are a little different. All while raising money for good charitable causes.
Great 10km race raising money for breast cancer awareness
Name of Event: Run Her Race
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
Results: 9 clients running their first 10km ever
What It Involved: 10km/6.2mile, 300 feet incline
Summary: This race is along the coast line of Northern Ireland. It was a great run and I had 9 clients run their first 10km. Was an extra bonus raising a-lot of money for Breast cancer awareness.
Great flat course for clients to perform their personal best
Name of Event: Titanic 10km Race
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
Results: 6 clients running their best 10km time under 60 minutes
What It Involved: 10km/6.2mile
Summary: This was a great flat race around the shipyards where the famous Titanic was built. 6 of my clients trained hard for this race and achieved personal bests all under 60 minutes.

Obstacle races in the desert
Name of Event: Terrain 10km Race
Location: Boulder City, Nevada
Results: Two different years of the same race completed
What It Involved: 10km/6.2miles, lots of obstacles
Summary: This was a different experience running obstacle courses in the desert and the heat was the major challenge. I brought different clients to this race to let them experience a different challenge rather than just running. The major part of this training was upper body conditioning, as mainly all obstacles in this race swinging obstacles, e.g. monkey bars, rings etc.
We completed the Marathon together as a team
Name of Event: Belfast Riverrock Marathon
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
Results: We each took a leg in the marathon to finish this together, I ran the last 10 miles.
What It Involved: 26.2miles split into 4
Summary: This race is all about coming together as a team, and enjoying the great atmosphere of the marathon. A full marathon can be a way too daunting task for a lot of people. Therefore the relay is a great way to get people involved and they can take the shorter or longer legs according to their fitness.
